The second class standard metal gauge is made of nonporous stainless steel plate (Stainless steel sheet material 1Cr 18Ni 9Ti 1CrI8NiTi).

The measuring device has stable performance and its capacity and precision remain unchanged in long-term use.
The uncertainty of the second-class standard metal gauge is ±2.5×10, and the indexing volume of the measuring neck shall not be greater than its nominal capacity 5×10 -5 .
Second Class Standard Metal Gauge
1. the second standard metal gauge is used to verify the capacity of the third standard metal gauge or tanker flow meter. In the verification of 5-200L measuring instrument, the standard measuring instrument and the measured measuring instrument take the capacity comparison of 1 to 1. The standard gauge combination of 500-2000L can be used to compare with the measured gauge.
2. First moisten the tester with water, wait for 2 minutes in the flow state, close the valve, and level it.
3. Open the valve of the standard gauge, drain the water in the standard gauge into the measured gauge, wait for 2 minutes in the dripping state, and then close the valve.
4. Record the measured device at the level of the measuring neck, and measure its water temperature and oil temperature.
5. Measure the measuring neck indexing capacity of the tester with a standard glass gauge.
6. Compare three times in the same way and take the average of the three times. That is, the standard capacity of the standard metal gauge.
